Teach me Mother Mary.
How to still my soul,
To magnify my Holy God.
The God who makes me whole.
Father, Son and Spirit,
Were always at your side,
Were always at your side,
O teach me dearest Mother,
As you would teach a child.

1. Why would you ask Mother Mary to teach you?
ReplyDelete2. And how do you know that Mother Mary can teach you?
I asked this simply because your ultimate aim is to learn to magnify the Holy GOD. Cant we simply start praising HIM, worshipping HIM
I asked Mary when I was 13 to be my mother when my own died. Since then she has been a most loving mother to me.
ReplyDeleteEvery Catholic for over 2000 years has known that Jesus is delighted when we love and honor His Mother. He entrusted her to the beloved disciple who stood at the foot of the cross and who represents every disciple of Christ. Mary is the gift of the Son of God to His Church.
When I tell Mary I have run out of wine in my life, He replenishes it at her request.
My worship of God and God alone takes nothing away from my love of Mary and my honoring her as His mother and mine.
